Sidonia "Pat" Baxter 4/13/12 ~ 1/7/07 Sidonia "Pat" Frederickson Baxter, cheerful mother and mentor, passed away from natural causes the morning of January 7, 2007. She was born April 12, 1913 in Salt Lake City to Thomas Albert Frederickson and A my Rozella Brathwaite. She married James Clifton Baxter December 16, 1935 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She is survived by sons Brent Scott Baxter, Steven Kay Baxter and 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grand-children. Pat loved sports, including softball, skiing, swimming, bowling, ballroom dancing and roller skating; she competed successfully in some of them. She served throughout her life in the LDS Church as a teacher, Sunday school coordinator, librarian and visiting teacher. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 13 in the Riverside Stake Center, located at 1100 W. 500 N. in Salt Lake City. Friends may call the evening before at the Russon Brothers Mortuary from 6 to 8, and at the Riverside Stake Center from 9:4 5 to 10:45 before the funeral services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn.
