I, Fanny Davis of Jacksonville, Ill, County of Morgan, of sound min [sic] and disposing memory, do declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
(1st.) I give, devise and bequeath to my Son Albert Davis, Onehundred [sic] dollars. ($100.00)
(2nd.) I give , revise [sic] and bequeath to my son, John R Davis, onehundred dollars ($100.00)
(3d.) I give, devise and bequrath [sic]to my son, Geo. P. Davis. Two-hundred dollars. ($200.00)
(4th.) I give, devise and bequeath to my Daughter, Marry Davis-all of my household goods, and the remainder of all moneys left-in my estate.
(6th.) [sic] It is my desire that my daughter, Marry Davis be appointed-guardian for my grand child, Sarah Kershaw.
(7th.) I derect [sic] that payment of just depts [sic] and funeral expences [sic].
(8th.) I hereby appoint, John R Davis, exrcutor, of this my last Will and Testament.
In WitnesswherebyI [sic] , Fanny Davis, to this my last Will and Testament have hereinto [sic] set my hand and seal, this the 7 day of Sept 1899 Onethousandand eight hundredand ninety nine. [sic]
